9. What is your County Auditor's conveyance fee?

$2.00 per $1,000.00

One working day is our usual practice.

Yes. But Ohio law restricts who may access these records or obtain copies of them.

16. What is your policy for handling documents that are over or under in filing fees?

Documents must be accompanied by no less than the recording or filing fees. If in doubt, it is better for the sender to remit more than the required amount. All change will be returned by mail with the recorded document/s and a computerized receipt.
