Effective 1-14-08 the HC Auditor will not accept documents for transfer after 4:15 (multiple transfers of 3 or more documents will not be accepted after 4:00) and the Recorder will not accept documents for recording after 4:20. Documents will be accepted beginning at 8:15 a.m.
*ATTENTION: Effective January 3rd, 2006, I will no longer return documents without self addressed stamped envelope or postage paid - these docs will be filed in our office and retained until postage paid.
